Gomo sauce - rich, Japanese sesame seed sauce

Saltimbocca - Italian dish [traditionally made with veal]. Pan fried pork tenderloin wrapped in prosciutto ham with sage                 /sältimˈbōkə/

Mogo chips - cassava root or yuka root parboiled then fried like chips

Baba ganoush - mashed roasted aubergine flesh with tahini [sesame seed paste] and olive oil with garlic

Black linguini - pasta made with squid or cuttlefish ink to give colour and a deep seafood flavour
